Kelseys Original Roadhouse in Woodstock

I ordered the Grilled cheese sandwich with onions and mushrooms and bacon, Caesar salad on the side $15.99. The salad was delicious. This sandwich was tasty but there were two whole onions in it! Since it was $16 for a sandwich I thought it would be at least two sandwiches, like a club, but it was merely one sandwich cut up into three pieces to make it look taller. And the first piece had almost nothing on it. My husband ordered the buffalo wrap, $15, and he said it was good. Also, they have redecorated this restaurant. They’ve taken away the carpet (that muted conversations) and the comfy padded chairs (comfy!) so now the atmosphere is more like a cafeteria with a cacophony of voices and sounds that echo through the dining room. The new chairs are a hard wooden and uncomfortable. The cozy family feel is gone. I’ve included a picture of the onions in my sandwich that I brought home with me...at the restaurant there was yet another! Way too much WHOLE onion for one tiny sandwich 🙄

It was Wonderful. Patio seating was. X clean just the right amount of shade! Waite staff excellent .Food was very tasty. Arrived hot Minimal wait. Very enjoyable Thank You

Seated and given menus quickly. It took quite a while for food and drink orders to be taken. Food came quickly. Food quality and quantity has gone a bit downhill. One word comments from diners, blah, soggy, average, chicken breast was too small and the balsamic had no flavor. I could only eat half my nachos, there was no topping below.

Good service, they follow precautions like social distancing and extra cleaning, menus need to be laminated because the cleaner washes away the print. Food is good

We have eaten at this place twice and it has been pleasant both times. But then again Woodstock has that cozy home comfort feeling wherever you go. The food is always fresh tasting, served piping hot & very tasty. The burgers are good and they also accommodate gluten free allergies here which is a plus. This is a go to spot for us.

Waitress was friendly. We waited about an hour and a half for dinner. After calling g the manager over he did waive the bill. The food was good. But two hours for chicken is a little excessive. Appreciate the comps and luckily had no where we had to be inactive hurry or we would of had to leave.

This location is sub par. Love Kelsey's, but this location service was mid grade, I think overwhelmed honestly, food was barely warm. Deffinatly had better service and food quality at other locations.

Have frequented this restaurant many times and always come out satisfied. Waitresses are nice and the food is great.. Will be back again:)

Placed an online order today for Mother's Day, waited for almost an hour in line outside the restaurant, but because of the current situation of covid 19 & it being Mothers Day we ended up canceling our order. We are completely aware and understanding of the high volume of orders being placed caused this delay. However, I just wanted to take this time to thank your employee Jennifer at your location who was doing everything best as possible under the circumstances. Even though we were not able to get our order; Jennifer's kindness and how how she handled everything on this day was amazing. When she had a chance she returned my phone call to apologize for the inconvenience with great customer service. Our whole family appreciates the way this situation was handled & are grateful to all the employees working at your establishment during this time. Thanks again, we will be more than happy to be a repeat customer in the near future.

Absolutely fantastic!! Our first time visiting the Kelsey's in Woodstock and it definitely will not be our last. So delicious and fresh! Amazing atmosphere! Went here for our three year wedding anniversary and we're 100% satisfied! We brought home dessert and I can't wait to try it later!

The food was great and the service was amazing!

Ordered take out a few weeks ago as it was going to storm so couldn’t sit on the patio. We ordered 3 entrees and two of the entrees were cold because they had to remake the third one since it wasn’t fully cooked. My boyfriend got the salmon which is a $22 entree and it was honestly pitiful. Such a tiny piece of salmon, the vegetables on the side maybe equaled to one carrot and a small Caesar salad. I was honestly shocked and could not believe we just spent that amount of money on something like that, and it was cold to top it off!! We probably won’t be ordering from here again.

Always grt food and we love our server Ally. Such a pro and have grt service.

Great food! Is one of the best chain restaurants to go too. Love that they have vegetarian and gluten free options. Not many but they are there and it helps when you have those dietary restrictions.

Seriously disappointed..food was subpar and every food item was $3-$5 more than what the menu stated. Super annoyed to pay 19.97 for chicken quesadilla. Emailed them and have received no response. My friends bill was even worse $19.97 for half serving of nachos and $19.97 for 10 wings. I understand if prices are reflecting loss revenue from covid but your menu should state the current prices

Our waitress Chelsea handled an unruly customer with elegance and poise. She was able to hold her composure and serve us well!

Resturant was quite empty, service was acceptable, food slightly over cooked!!

Ordered Sonoma salad with chicken for delivery. No seeds or nuts or feta in salad. Dressing was just oil. Not impressed.

Kelsey's is a great place to have a casual meal and conversation. It's a nice place to relax and take it easy over an app, or a full meal. Kelsey's was great before too... But they changed it to a roadhouse. They call themselves the original roadhouse and I don't know why... I don't remember them being a roadhouse. I remember them having pictures of celebs all over their walls and an unremermable menu... Sorta like now. Good place to stop for a meal, you'll enjoy it

Food was good. Service was ok. We had a big crowd so couple of mix ups but happens with large crowds.

Running with a slightly reduced menu and patio only, the food was great and the staff did an amazing job.

Great option in Woodstock, classic roadhouse food and drinks.

Pretty typical for a chain restaurant. Very consistent from location to location.It wasn't busy when we came so we were sat quickly with friendly service.For a franchise, the beer selection is worth a mention as they offer quite a few beers that aren't the typical big names, including one that is brewed either in house or exclusively for them, the North of 41 blonde ale.

Pricey for what you get but good food

Had the Chicken Alfredo with Garlic Bread. Was phenomenal! Great portion size, cooked perfectly and simply delicious. Service was top notch. Highly recommend this location.
